Refund Policy
There is no return policy for sold vehicles, and the customer is fully responsible for inspecting the product before receiving it. There is no warranty on the engine or gearbox. If the customer chooses a specific vehicle for export from outside the United Arab Emirates, they are fully responsible for the condition of the vehicle as seen through online platforms before giving Al Basat Al Sahri Commercial Brokerage the order to bid on the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
The customer bears all fines imposed by third parties, whether outside or within the United Arab Emirates, in addition to a fee of one hundred AED per day to Al Basat Al Sahri Commercial Brokerage for each day from the start of the transaction until the day of cancellation.
