Product Delivery Policy

In the case of delivery within the United Arab Emirates, the customer agrees to inspect the product—specifically the vehicles—in their current condition and at their location, with no liability on Al Basat Al Sahri Brokerage Company.

• There is no warranty on the engine or gearbox.
• There is no possibility of canceling the transaction after the customer has received the contracted vehicle, and the sale is considered final and irreversible.
• The customer must pick up their vehicle(s) personally from the storage location after full payment, as the company is not responsible for internal transportation or delivery.

In the case where the customer receives the vehicle outside the United Arab Emirates, certain shipping companies are recommended to the customer, and the shipping costs are fully explained. After the customer selects the appropriate shipping company, Al Basat Al Sahri Commercial Brokerage delivers the vehicle to the shipping company according to the shipping company’s terms and conditions.
